The Integrity salesman Anthony never measured the space for the new HVAC system, causing the Saturday Crew of Marco and Wren, to halt install.  FAILED

The Integrity salesman Anthony never took pictures and measurements of the system untill the next day after, when theSaturday install was halted.   FAILED

The Integrity salesman Anthony mention he had 20 years experience, then later told me he has 30 years experience    FAILED

The Integrity salesman Anthony promised us a $250 gift card if we held off till the upcoming Monday, .02.01.2026 (we still dont have heat)   FAILED

The Integrity owner Joe XXXXXX mentioned in a phone call he would emial me the J-LOAD Calculation, We never received the email. FAILED

The Integrity owner Joe XXXXXX stated he would call back the next day after I cancelled the Tuesday appointment to re-schedule  never called back . FAILED

 We demanded to Integrity owner Joe XXXXXX  to remove the HVAC system the incorrecly installed on the first weekend on Sunday when it shut off. FAILED
