Missed Deadline

A new HVAC Heat and AC Pump was promised in writing to be completed on the day on 01.31.2026 by the salesman Anthony. My other HVAC company appointments I scheduled for that day were cancelled because of this promise.

Anthony the Salesman Never Took Measurements

On our initial appointment, Anthony never took measurements where the unit was going to be installed. He never went through our house, room to room to see locations of vents, count vents or look at window leakage and all other factors of determining what correct tonnage HVAC system to place in our home. He agreed I, the customer go down and take some pictures of the area and text those to him, which I did. It is crucial to consider all factors below when determining the appropriate tonnage for a heat pump. The most important thing to get right when a customer is paying multiple thousands of dollars to be correct and create customer satisfaction and trust. Integrity refused to provide us with a copy of the J Load Calculation to this day.

No Measurements Taken Until After Install

The Integrity salesman Anthony never measured the space for the new HVAC system on Friday, 01.30.2026 when I met with him at 9:00 AM.

He did come back the later part of the next day, 01.31.2026 and measured it. He did so after the Saturday crew of Marco and Renato had the system installed!

This Saturday crew told him and the other staff they are halting the install. They were having multiple cell phone calls back and forth, and I had to interject myself asking what the problem was and "what was the hold-up".

Removed Our Functioning Oil Burner From Our Home

The Integrity salesman who came by my house 10 months prior to Joe and his crew who came out this January told me this: "The right thing to do is to keep your oil burner. A house like yours is stone, heavy wood and has very porous windows and needs a back-up oil burner like you have. Use the heat pump for the main heat, and when the temperature goes down to a lower degree, the oil burner kicks in. He gave me a price of $10,000.00. Any HVAC company would agree unanimously, this would be the right thing to do. I believe I was not told the truth for my home's capacity to keep my oil burner and combine it with the correct tonnage heat pump for my homes size. Anthony, the salesman informed me on the day he met me on 01.30.2026 that this prior salesguy was wrong in his calculations.

They removed our 7.5 year-old oil burner out of our house. I want compensation for this oil burner also.

Installation Abruptly Ended on the First Day

Marco and Renato stated to me that because of not having the correct measurements, they had to stop the install on 01.30.2026 because they did not believe the vertical install would sufficiently heat our home properly. They did not have the extra parts to install the HVAC unit horizontally and correctly.

See this link here to view a correct vertical install.

We Wanted the New Integrity HVAC System Out of Our Home Over the First Weekend!

After the two-day install, with 2 installers stopping at the end of Saturday, 01.31.2026, explaining they did not have the proper parts to complete a horizontal install and the way it was at this point, was sub-par install, and would not be as efficient as a horizontal install. We became very concerned. I was questioning now the efficiency of the whole new system that had been installed. The next day on Sunday, 02.01.2026, owner Joe, with Butch and Zack came out to finish the job. I questioned them extensively about what the previous installers said, Marco and Renato, and they said it would be effective by the shorter top air mixer box and also it would cost us an extra $15,000.00 more to fit the system vertically like Renato and Marcos had told us the day before. That same night, system then broke down two times on Sunday after the owner, Joe and two installers, Butch and Zack left at about 3:00 or 4:00 PM. We suddenly began to realize we made a big mistake hiring Integrity Heating and Air. While the HVAC system was running after they left that evening, the system before the system broke down, it was running cold air out of the vents. Then upon breaking down, I texted Anthony the salesman with no response. Then later that night we had a contentious exchange with the owner Joe over the phone, as he instructed me to go down to the basement and re-boot the system. As a customer I was not comfortable re-setting a brand new very expensive system and thought, why am I going through this? In that conversation Joe the owner stated on 02.01.2026, only after two days of having this faulty system in our house; "You bought it and we cannot take it out".

Integrity Declined to Give Us the J-Load Calculation For Our Home

The J Load Calculation id the most important part of the install and was denied to us by Joe the Owner

Click Right Here to J Load Calculation for the correct size HVAC system for our home by independent HVAC companies

Our 2400 square foot home in Northern Delaware was improperly sized by Integrity Heating & Air. They installed a 3 Ton unit which operated non-stop over a week  in-between breaking down 3 times. Two of the times was on the first night of the install the owner stated, "the installation was complete". The proper tonnage for our home is 3.5 tons cooling and 5.3 tons heating. Joe the owner claims the 3-ton calculation was correct and refused to fix his failure.

After Only 2 Days In - We Wanted This HVAC System Out of Our Home

We demanded to Integrity owner Joe to remove the undersized HVAC system he incorrectly installed on the first weekend on Sunday when it shut off twice after about 24 hours of the first day. It failed later in the week permanently. We cancelled the upcoming service call. We wanted it taken out.

Joe the owner after our request in only 48 hours refused to take it out of our home, He stated "You bought it, we can't take it out"

False Loan Document Information

On the credit application Anthony, the salesman calculated a higher salary then what I earn and easily added that figure on the report. I thought that was a shady move, and with my current salary I would have qualified for the loan anyway.

Homeowner Had to Physically Help Integrity Heating and Air

I had to help transport the HVAC system from the truck to the house, about 400 feet with my All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV). This to me was a sign of Integrity not being prepared completely up to par for preparedness.

False Sales Information

The Integrity salesman Anthony mentioned to me that he had 20 years' experience; then later told me he has 30 years' experience.

False Advertising

The Integrity salesman Anthony promised us a $250 gift card if we held off till the upcoming Monday, as of 02.01.2026 (HVAC system is still not correct)

LOUD and Non-Stop!

Integrity Heating and Air make claims in their advertisements that the HVAC systems are quit. This is false, they are as loud as an indoor air-conditioner

even when we are 3 floors upstairs. We trusted them.

Service Financing Alerts

Called Service Financing, LLC four times to their loan verification department. They have my calls on record. They stated they would send this up for review and call me back. My text from them are dated 02.04.2026 I was told I had to approve the work, and was it completed to my satisfaction for the loan to go through. I absolutely have not approved it. I also was told the contractor; Integrity was funded the $15,200.00 without my approval of the job being completed to my satisfaction. Service Financing has not called me back at all as they stated they would multiple times.

Received a letter in the mail from Service Financing, LLC on 02.19.2026, dated 02.13.2026 regarding my loan payments to begin on 03.14.2026. They never called me back and do not have it in writing I approved the work Integrity stated they completed.
