Marco and Renato, installers at Integrity stated to me that they had to stop the install on 01.30.2026 because they did not believe the vertical install would sufficiently heat our home properly. They did not have the extra parts to install the HVAC unit horizontally and correctly, as they weren't given any measurements by the sales guy Anthony. Note the photo above with the extra spacer on the right side. That makes the air circulate more efficiently and flow better to the main ducts in the house. Notice the left photo has a shorter top spacer duct added.
